In the present time, where material success, power and competitiveness are the main order of the day, there are various inevitable issues and problems that may also bring distress to everyone.

If a person learns to be independent and not relate it to happiness with a certain thing on earth, then the possibility of a person to breakdown can be reduced. This is also a prevention and a great contribution of most Buddhism practices of counseling. Basically, advising needs wide ranges of sources and the Buddhist source is among of these helpful sources.

There are some implications associated with these ideas and techniques that are used in counseling. Using these concepts is important for the right clients for the appropriate problems. It can also enhance the practice of context.

The ultimate test of any of the ideas is that Buddhist strategies for any behavioral change already have the backing of practical evidence. If such evaluation is demonstrated properly and produce the desired results, then it can be incorporated into the collection of techniques in the practice today.
