Live Your Life and Be Happy With These 7 Simple Strategies

Life is about choices and every day is a new opportunity to do better. The options that can help redefine and direct the course of your life is taking.

Making the decision to live consciously is the first step to living a full and happy life. It helps you to stay connected with their actions and feelings.

Let me give you an example: Perhaps, like me, who decided to abandon chocolate for Lent. You swear that you are watching what you eat and do not allow a healthy diet to pass his lips.

Then, a few hours later, chocolate bars hidden away which children start calling your name ... try to resist, but that little voice in your head keeps nagging about it will not hurt a little candy bar.

Now let's look at things from a different angle: The situation is the same. Only this time better prepared because you've spent some time thinking about how you will react when this desire monster rears its ugly head.

Perhaps you've cleaned the house all the junk food. You make a point of preparing a delicious dinner filled with favorite vegetables and tasty lemon chicken. It takes time to enjoy it. You focus your thoughts on a healthy diet and have fruit and sticks already in the fridge to snack on vegetables.

In the second example, you know what you want and your end goal in mind. You agree to make decisions that keep you in touch with your feelings, your actions and how to move toward the goal you set.

There are many strategies you can use to live more consciously. Strategies that help to ensure that you do not live your life like a leaf in the wind, pushed and beaten without purpose or design.

Here are some of my favorites - I hope it will help and inspire you in your journey towards, full happier life you are looking for:

# 1) Not equal steps great results

Sometimes when we are eager to make a change, jump into things without thinking ... and then end up feeling overwhelmed and cranky.

That is why it is important to take things one step at a time.

Real change does not happen overnight, after all. Definitely worth your time to think about what you want to change in your life, then draw deliberate steps to get there.

# 2) The balance is essential

Sometimes we are so excited about a path that we have chosen to follow run like a horse with blinders. We forget everything and everyone around us. This is when we need to step back and find a balance in our lives.

Become a regime demon or a workaholic can lead to exhaustion long before having the chance to enjoy a positive result. Go ahead and set your goals, but enough to appreciate the people and the world around you slow down when you move them.

# 3) Living in the "now"

So many of us have our heads either in the past or the future ... if this sounds like you, then you're not alone. This is something I have struggled for years.

However, the older I get, the more I realize that the only time we really under our control is here and now.

Live in the present may be difficult to do. In fact, I know first hand that you need a little practice!

However, make a point to focus on each task you do. Avoid trying to do a million things at once. Stop letting your mind wander what to do tomorrow or something means that your colleague told you yesterday. Stop trying to listen to their children or husband while doing your shopping list on the side.

When you are with them, forcing you to stay in the present moment and focus on them.

# 4) Develop a deeper understanding of himself

Be more aware of yourself is the key to living a happy and fulfilling life.

Learn what makes you tick. Understand what motivates them, what inspires you, what is important to you. All these things are crucial to help create opportunities to advance their goals, dreams and desires.

# 5) Stand up for what you believe

When we were young, many of us feared excel. We sought solace in groups - even if we did not have much in common with them.

As we age, however, we realize that it is okay to be different and say what we think. After all, it is a big part of what makes us what we are. Being an adult means to defend what you believe. And to be faithful to his convictions, it is easier to find and follow the path that has been designed to be on.

# 6) let go of negativity

There are things in life that you can control - and a lot of things you can not. Learn to recognize the difference is essential if you hope to live the life of your dreams.

Save your emotional energy on things that really have the power to change. Let go of negativity and situations beyond their control. Focus on the decisions you and your life work well.

# 7) is ~ Thinking big is better!

Now that we talked our way through all these strategies, it's time to get serious with the number 7.

If you really want to see a change in the life you live; if you really want to be happy, healthy and successful, then it is time to act!
