The feeling towards another person makes you start feeling insecure that the other person will leave you for another or that they are seeing someone. There are several ways of dealing with insecurities in a relationship that will make you more comfortable.

An important tip to help you deal with the insecurity is to stop trying to read your partner mind. Most of these relationships become problematic because of social anxiety and bad communication.
