What is happiness?
Happiness is a mental or emotional state of being and satisfaction. It is characterized by positive or pleasant emotions such as joy, pleasure and good fortune. This is something that we want in life and look through several different, such as working time and leisure activities with friends and family. Some of us love the risk behaviors that can bring temporary happiness, like drugs, alcohol and other activities in the pursuit of pleasure.
Sigmund Freud, the founding father of psychoanalysis argues that the sole purpose in the lives of people agree that it is to be happy, but this is not possible in civilization because our impulses by outside world is removed, which he called the reality principle. Civilization provides security and protection, but deprives us of our creativity and enjoy the spontaneous nature of things.

1) Develop self-esteem-If you are not happy with who you are to make changes inside and outside will often short-lived. The work itself and valuate who you are. It is impossible for you to be like everybody else and still feel authentic. Discover your gifts and qualities unique to embrace who you are.
2) suffering face. Instead of postponing the difficult things we have to deal with them first. This will give you more energy for other things in your life without fear looming in the background. If it is difficult or complex questions about them often make their suffering worse. Take the first step and decide not to defer or avoid more suffering.
3) dealing with anger, hatred and anxiety-take on negative feelings about yourself or others, it is like drinking poison every day. It will ruin everything you do. Decide to forgive, does not mean that you should trust them or spend time with them every day. But it is a decision not to hold past mistakes.
4) to deepen their relationships with other human beings require communicating with others through a relationship. Strengthen your relationship with your partner, children, family, friends or neighbors. Recognize that you are special and have an important role in your life, making more time for them.
